Main objective of Biju Pakka Ghar Yojana
In this Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana for Normal – In the first instalment, the beneficiary will get Rs.20,000 and IHHL within 4 months of receipt 1st instalment.
For completion of house IHHL within 6 months of receipt 1st instalment, Rs.10,000 will be paid to the beneficiary.
The whole amount will be paid through NEFT/RTGS to the bank account given by the beneficiary.
Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana for special – In this scheme those will get benefits whose house has been fully or severely damaged by natural calamities like fire, rain, flood, cyclone, earthquake, elephant menace etc.
Those who are relocated due to a government scheme like irrigation, road etc.
The beneficiary is from traditional forest dwellers act 2006.
Those who could not be selected under Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (Gramin).
Total cost
Under Biju pucca Ghar Yojana Rs.1,20,000 for Non-IPA and Rs.1,30,00 for IPA, districts are providing by the government.

The total instalments through which a beneficiary will pay the whole amount is given below table. The sum will be for IPA districts is 1,30,000 and Non-IPA districts are 1,20,000.
